Thank you for shopping with Low Tide Liquidation! Please see below for our Shipping and Return Policies. 


We can ship most products from our store.  Items over 50 lbs will show as "Store Pick-up" only.  If you would like to pay for additional shipping fees or request an item be reviewed for shipment, please email us with subject line "Shipping." 

All orders placed online will be processed the following business day and shipped out the next business day.

We offer free curb side pick up for all our products.


We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please read our below return policy to see how you can return your item for exchange or store credit only.

To request an item be returned for exchange or store credit, please email us with subject line "Return" within 14 days of item receipt. Any sale items are considered Final Sale.

Damages: All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date and must include a photo of the damage. To report damages, please email us with subject line "Damage."

Return Process: 

*You are responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back as well as shipping costs for the exchanged item to be shipped or the item(s) purchased with store credit to be shipped.

*We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit back to our location. We suggest shipping with USPS and asking for a tracking number.

*Items may be returned via mail or in person to our Mount Pleasant Location.
